Coating
For our customers we also secure surface treatment by coating. There are three types of coating under one roof: cataphoresis coating, wet and powder coating. Our main customers using our coating facilities for coating of their parts are those from the automotive industry. The highest possible quality of the coating is therefore self-evident.
Cataphoresis coating
Cataphoresis is an environmental-friendly way of coating. It belongs to the most cost-efficient ways of coating of steel, zinc coated and aluminium products. Cationic epoxy, and/or acrylic resin paints (water soluble) with very low contents of organic solvents (around 2%) containing paint particles in the form of polymeric cations are used during the cataphoresis process.
Due to the fact that the shade change is complex, cataphoresis is mainly used for undercoat and for the upper coat either powder or wet coating process is used. Thanks to that combination lifetime of the products and of the coated layer (thick and thin wall cataphoresis) significantly extends. This method can be used for every electrically conductive product, which can be immersed into the bath and which is resistant to the temperature range of 160°C - 1800°C. Our company has a dipping line of the clearance gauge of 1200x800x600 mm.
Powder coating
Powder coating is an environmental-friendly way of decorative surface treatment of the products, while securing corrosion resistance of the surface at the same time.
We offer coating of metal products, which include steel, stainless steel, zinc coated steel, aluminium, zinc, brass, copper and alloys. Powder coating, which is carried out in our newly constructed coating shop, is the final surface treatment.
Spraying cabin with the application device (electrostatic pistols with high voltage electrode are suitable also for complex parts) was manufactured by WAGNER s.r.o. (tribo system is an option). This powder coating cabin operated by two painters is equipped with multi cyclone for reuse of powder paint and enables prompt replacement of color shade within around 15 minutes. The clearance gauge of the cabin is as follows: height 1200 mm, width 800 mm and length 3000 mm.
Wet coating
We offer wet coating process for metals either in static boxes or in automated coating line. This process is suitable for various metals, such as steel, stainless steel, zinc coated steel, aluminium, zinc, brass, copper and alloys. Trained personnel applies synthetic and water-soluble paints manually by means of WAGNER s.r.o. electrostatic pistols or by low pressure air pistols in the painting cabins equipped with exhaust system.
