Our company offers manufacturing and processing of metal sheets and metal parts, as well as machining of metals and wet, cataphoresis and powder coating. We are ready to design a COMPREHENSIVE manufacturing scheme for you.

What does comprehensive solution stand for?

It stands for a comprehensive design of the entire manufacturing process, which ends up with packing of goods and their transport to the customer place. The entire manufacturing process starts with machine processing of metal sheets followed by surface treatment. The last mentioned is secured by cataphoresis, powder or wet coating, and/or by other surface treatments.

After finalizing of the surface treatment, the manufacturing process continues by assembly of metal parts, electrical components and other material supplied by the customer. As soon as the entire process is finalized and checked, products shall be thoroughly packed and transported to the customer´s address.

Engineering

The goal of the engineering is to design manufacturing solution, while the manufacturing feasibility study is an integral part of it. Once an agreement has been reached, we shall prepare technical and manufacturing documentation.

Precise contract manufacturing

The manufacturing process itself consists of individual specific activities, such as laser cutting, die cutting, bending, welding, grinding, pressing and overlay welding of the coupling components. These activities are followed by the coating process.

Coating

Based on the customer wish we carry out surface treatment of the material by means of coating. There are three types of coating, i.e. cataphoresis, powder or wet coating, under one roof. Our main customers, for whom we provide coating of various components, are the automotive industry companies requiring the highest possible quality, which we are able to secure. Individual types of coating:

  • cataphoresis coating: the process takes place in the submerged pressure line, the clearance gauge of which equals to 1200 x 800 x 600 mm, both thick and thin wall cataphoresis.
  • powder coating: the process takes place in the continuous coating line and the spraying box WAGNER is equipped with  multi-cyclone, which enables recycling of paints.
  • wet coating: the process takes place both in the continuous coating line, and at the static workplace. We use synthetic, as well as water soluble paints during the process of electrostatic and low-pressure air spraying.

Assembly and electrical components´ installation

Once the parts of the product have been finished and coated, assembly and electrical components´ installation is carried out. Metal parts are assembled based on the manufacturing documentation, electrical components, and/or other necessary parts are installed.  

Quality check, packaging and transport

The last steps of the manufacturing process are a precise quality check of the finished product, proper packaging of the finished product and handing over of the finished product to the dispatch. Thanks to our transport facilities ELMTRANS we can offer delivery of the finished product to the place of delivery.
